Follow these directions to apply for a Short-term Faculty-Led (Exploration Seminar/May Program)
 
Short-Term Faculty-Led Application Instructions:
1. Click the Programs link. 

2. Search for the Program Name you are interested in. If you are unsure of the name, clicking Search WITHOUT entering any information in the search field will lead you to a program list—simply choose what program you are interested in from this list. 

3. The program’s page will appear.  Click Get Started to begin. A page may appear that asks you to “indicate how you will be logging in,” click “I have a username and password.”  Click Submit.

4. Login using your Concordia ID (WITHOUT the @cord.edu) and Concordia password. Click Login

5. Select the time frame under available terms and then click Apply

6. You will then be on the program application page. Complete each check box by following the blue links to finish your application.

Follow these directions if you are a first time applicant user on this website and scheduling an appointment to meet about semester/yearlong programs,
 
Scheduling Appointment with Study Away Advisor
Semester/Yearlong Study Away Programs

 
1. Click the Programs link. 

2. Search for the Program Name you are interested in. If you are unsure of the name, clicking Search WITHOUT entering any information in the search field will lead you to a program list—simply choose what program you are interested in from this list. 

3. The program’s page will appear.  Click Get Started to begin. 

4. The following pop-up will appear: “You are about to create an application. Are you sure you wish to do this?” Click OK.
  • A page may appear that asks you to “indicate how you will be logging in,” click “I have a username and password.”  Click Submit. 
5. Login using your Concordia ID (WITHOUT the @cord.edu) and Concordia password. Click Login. In some cases, after Login, the program needs to verify profile information before proceeding. Please update this information to continue.To proceed to schedule an appointment with a Study Away Advisor, click on the Study Away Inquiry Form, located under “Application Forms and Document Upload.”
 
6. Fill out form and click Submit. 

7. Your home page will appear.  Click on the Schedule An Advising Meeting link, under “Additional Application Requirements.” 
A screen will pop up that says at the top “Schedule An Advising Meeting” If you wish to meet about an international semester/year-long program click on the blue Neva Hendrickson link.. 
A staff page will appear, scroll to the bottom and click Request an appointment. “Request Information” page will appear, click on the blue link that reads Click to Request An Appointment. 
Choose a time and date that you are available by clicking on the time in blue. Read the pop-up and click OK. Fill out the “Subject” and “Message” part of the “Request Information” page.
